We ONLY low fire. Our kilns run cone 06

(We don’t high fire cone 6, it is ~1000 degrees hotter)

Different low fire temperatures (cone 01-018) require full kiln.

NO GUARANTEE on outside items.
Items must be completely dry when brought in (ie min 3 weeks & sometimes that’s not long enough). We will not keep partially dry items here because too delicate.
Greenware (raw clay creation) requires 1/4 kiln to full kiln because it may explode if not completely dry. Week turnover.

Glaze fire is additional firing charge but that can be by piece or partial to full kiln. ONLY ceramic paints/glazes may be fired in kiln.

2nd fire: clear glaze & firing, ranges from $4.50-$11.50 per piece, depends on size. We compare to similar in store item. Week turnover.

If painting outside item(s) in store with clear glaze & firing, cost is regular studio fees. Student from $9.25-$17.25/ per piece. Adult from $9.25-$21.50/ per piece depends on size, we compare to similar in store item. Day passes DO NOT APPLY. Week turnover.

Items can be processed faster, ie 48 hours each firing, kiln is run special. Additional $25/3 items.
